Pizza Meat Pie - South Beach

Everyone has heared of pizza that's amore'. After all, what's not to love about this recipe. This is a Phase 2 recipe. This came from The South Beach Diet Cookbook. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (4oz)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup water
4 ounces sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (1 1/2oz)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the beef, milk, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well. Pat the mixture into a 9 pie plate.
3. In the same bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, tomato paste, water, mushrooms (with juice), oregano, and onion; mix well. Spoon the mixture over the meat mixture in the pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink.
