1 lb ground beef |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained (optional) |
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni |
1/2 cup sliced black olives |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
2 cups uncooked noodles |
2 cups water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon basil |
1/8 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, cheest |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic in 2-quart glass baking dish. Microwave on High for 5-6 minutes or until ground beef is crumbly; drain. 2. Add mushrooms, pepperoni, olives, tomato paste, noodles, water and seasonings; mix well. 3. Microwave for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender (may need to add water), stirring 2-3 times during cooking. 4. Sprinkle with cheeses. 5. Microwave until cheeses are melted. |
