A yummy finger food. Can be frozen before cooking. Ingredients:
pastry dough |
3/4 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 tablespoon onion, minced |
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Grease muffin tins. 2. Line with pastry. 3. Brown meat 4. Add next three ingredients. 5. Remove from heat. 6. Cool. 7. Place mixture in pastry. 8. Top with cheese. 9. Bake 10-12 minutes at 400*. |
