Light Thin and Crispy Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
650 g strong white flour
7 g yeast
5 g salt
50 ml olive oil
25 ml milk (warmed)
325 ml warm water
Directions:
1. mix flour, salt and yeast in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in Olive Oil and Milk.
3. Using hands gradually mix in the water until it forms a soft dough.
4. Knead the dough for 5+ minutes.
5. Place dough in a clean bowl covered with a clean damp tea towel. Leave to prove for 1.5 hours.
