This recipe comes directly from Kraft Foods. My kids love this and so do their friends. Its perfect for any gathering of hungry young people, sleepovers, football tv-a-thons and nice for those evenings when you really don't want to bother cooking anything at all! Read more ! Let the kids make it! Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) philadelphia cream cheese, softened |
1 tsp. italian seasoning |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) kraft shredded mozzarella cheese, divided |
1 cup pizza sauce wheat thins crackers |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. 2. Beat cream cheese and seasoning with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. 3. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate; top with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the pizza sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. 4. BAKE 15 to 20 min. or until dip is heated through and cheese is melted. 5. If you have over four teens or men ready to eat this dish, I highly suggest making more than one recipe! And Triscuit crackers are great with this dip! So are toasted pita chips!!! 6. For a nice presentation, add some drained black olives around the edge of the dip. |
