My mom has made this recipe for just about all bring something functions, and I have decided to keep it going. Ingredients:
2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese |
1 can spaghetti sauce (i use del monte four cheese) |
1lb mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1lb parmesan cheese, shredded |
1 bag mini pepperonis |
2 baguettes, sliced |
Directions:
1. Cream the cream cheese in a blender on low speed. 2. Stir in spaghetti sauce, half of pepperonis, parmesan cheese, and half of mozzarella cheese. Set the rest of pepperonis and mozzarella cheese aside. 3. Heat dip in a crock pot 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. 4. After dip is thoroughly heated, sprinkle rest of cheese and pepperonis on top to look like a pizza. 5. Serve warm with baguettes. |
