Pizza crust made in bread maker Ingredients:

1 1/2 tsp dry yeast |
2 cups flour - bread |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp sugar |
1 tsp shortening |
1 cup water, warm |
1 tbl water, warm |
toppings |
1/4 cup lime juice |
2 tbls extra virgin olive oil |
1 tsp garlic, minced |
1 lb. chicken breast, boneless and skinless |
16 oz. salsa - chunky style |
2 cups mexican blend cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup green onions, chopped |
2 tbls cilantro, minced |
Directions:
1. Pizza Crust: 2. Put dry yeast into inner pot. Add remaining ingredients except water. 3. Carefully pour in warm water. 4. Follow directions of bread maker. 5. Toppings: 6. Combine lime juice, oil, and garlic in small bowl and mixed. Add chicken and coat. Marinate for 15 minutes: drain. 7. Cook chicken in preheat skillet over medium-high heat 15 minutes or until no longer pink; drain if necessary. 8. Place crust on pizza pan. Spread salsa over crust, top with chicken, cheese, and onions. Bake in preheated 400 deg. F oven 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. |
