This is the recipe for Pizza Crust that you can add any toppings to and then bake to make a Pizza Night! Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour |
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon white sugar |
1 cup warm water |
4 tbl italian seasonings |
Directions:
1. - Preheat oven to 375' 2. Put all ingredients in your mixer and mix until a soft dough ball forms. (If your dough is too sticky add a bit more flour.) 3. - Put your mixer on level 2 and let your dough knead for 5 minutes. 4. - While the mixer is doing its magic get out toppings. 5. - You can brown a pound of sausage and only use part. (Save the rest for other pizza nights. Cooked meat freezes great!) 6. - Roll dough out onto pizza pan. 7. - Layer / Add toppings like green bell peppers, fresh tomatoes, purple onions, pepperoni, sausage, mozzarella cheese. 8. - Bake for 20-25 minutes (Brush crust with olive oil and let cool for a few minutes before cutting) |
