I just kind of threw everything together and ate it as meal. Portions are a guesstimate! Ingredients:
2 -3 cups prepared coleslaw mix |
1/2 cup pizza sauce |
1/3 cup fat free mozzarella cheese |
15 slices turkey pepperoni |
2 tablespoons sliced olives |
onion, to taste |
mushroom |
Directions:
1. Mix it all together-let it sit for a couple of hours and enjoy! |
