Quick and easy Ingredients:
1 lb sweet italian sausage |
12 ounces wide egg noodles |
2 (14 ounce) jars pizza sauce |
16 ounces 2% cheddar cheese, shredded |
16 ounces 2% mozzarella cheese, shredded |
6 ounces low-fat pepperoni (shred with kitchen shears and reserve some for top of casserole) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Crumble and cook sausage over medium heat untl done and browned, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove sausage and drain on paper towels 4. Apply cooking spray to a large casserole dish. 5. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 sausage and 1/2 remaining ingredients. 6. Repeat with second layer noodles, sausage and remaining ingredients. Garnish top with pepperoni. 7. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. 8. Refrigerate leftovers. |
