Pizza in casserole form....sub pasta for pizza dough....oila! Ingredients:
1 lb rotini pasta |
2 (28 ounce) jars pasta sauce, of your choice |
12 slices provolone cheese |
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 grated parmesan cheese |
1 lb lean ground beef |
1/2 lb sliced pepperoni |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 teaspoon oregano |
2 tablespoons dried onion |
salt or pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. 2. Brown hamburger meat with garlic, oregano, onion and salt and pepper. 3. Combine pasta, meat and sauce. 4. In a greased 13 x 9 casserole dish, layer pasta/meat mixture, 1/2 each of pepperoni, provolone, mozzerella and parmesan cheeses. 5. Repeat layers. 6. Bake until bubbly. |
