A good casserole Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 onion, diced (or use dried onion) |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce |
4 cups mozzarella cheese |
1 (16 ounce) package wide egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Brown the beef, onion and pepper in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the spaghetti sauce and cook until thick. 3. Meanwhile cook noodles in boiling water. 4. In a large 9x12 casserole dish, place a layer of sauce, the drained noodles, cheese and then more sauce, noodles, cheese and then top with a bit more sauce. 5. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. |
