12 inches flat bread (boboli) |
1 cup marinara sauce |
1/2 cup chopped marinated artichoke hearts |
1/4 cup chopped greek olive |
2 -3 slices baked ham, chopped |
2 tablespoons capers |
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425*. Spread olive oil over bread and coat crust with marinara. 2. Arrange artichokes, olives, ham and capers over top. Sprinkle with cheese. 3. Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. |
