Very good and kid friendly recipe!! Ingredients:
1 chopped garlic clove |
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers |
2 tablespoons butter |
2/3 cup tomato sauce |
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken |
2 tablespoons oregano |
1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated biscuits |
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a frying pan, combine garlic, green pepper, and butter. Cook slowly until soft. 2. Add tomato sauce; heat. 3. Remove from heat; add chicken and oregano. 4. Separate biscuit dough and halve each slice. Place on a greased baking pan. 5. Spread mixture on each biscuit; sprinkle with cheese. 6. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. 7. Serve immediately. |
