Appetizer that goes great with home made Marinara Sauce Ingredients:
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers |
1 lb. ground italian sausage |
1 sm. onion, finely chopped |
1 clove garlic, minced |
shredded asiago |
shredded parmesan |
shredded mozzarella |
1 egg in bowl used for egg wash |
Directions:
1. In Lg. Frying pan, heat up a couple of TBS. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cook Italian Sausage, Onion and Minced Garlic 2. Place Egg in bowl, to create an Egg wash 3. Take some Italian Sausage and put in middle of Egg Wrapper, 4. top with a mixture of Shredded Asiago, parm and Mozzerella. 5. Roll up. 6. Brush some Egg wash on Wrapper and seal the Side. 7. repeat steps. 8. Deep Fry until Golden 9. ** Serve with Marinara. |
