These tortilla chips are a low in salt and fat and fill you up much quicker than doritos! Ingredients:
4 white or wholemeal pita breads |
1/2 a lime |
1/2 a lemon |
2 cloves garlic |
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped |
olive oil |

Directions:
1. Use scissors to cut the pitta breads into triangles. Pull each half of the bread apart and lay out on a large baking tray. 2. For the citrus kick chips 3. Mix the juice of half a lemon and half a lime with a couple of teaspoons of olive oil. Drizzle the mixture over half the pitta triangles. 4. For the garlic and rosemary chips 5. Crush the garlic cloves and mix with finely chopped rosemary and a couple of teaspoons of olive oil. Drizzle the mixture over half the pitta triangles. 6. Season with salt and pepper, and bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes, or until crispy. 7. Enjoy! |
