Ingredients:
1 2/5 lbs all purpose flour
2 tbsp canola oil
16 oz warm water
1 tsp salt
2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1 cup fat free sour cream
5 eggs
3 oz canola oil
1 lbs spinach
Directions:
1. Make a dough, let it sit for a while and stretch it thin. Mix cheese, cream, eggs and spinach. Fill the dough and roll it. Bake until brown.
