Whole wheat pita snack with bananas, Splenda and cinnamon. Ingredients:
4 small mini whole wheat pita bread |
2 bananas, sliced |
1/4 cup whipped light cottage cheese |
3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Split open pitas. 2. Heat in microwave for 10 seconds. 3. Spread some cottage cheese on pita. 4. Top with sliced bananas. 5. Sprinkle Splenda and cinnamon. 6. Place top back on pita. 7. Place in toaster oven or broiler for about 2-3 minutes. 8. Serve and enjoy. |
