This is a great fast appetizer or a great lunch with asalad on the side. Ingredients:
2 pita breads |
1 cup shreded mild cheddar cheese |
1 beefsteak tomato sliced |
1/2 teaspoon peperoncino |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
2 teaspoons zhatar |
Directions:
1. Hit the pita bread a little bit, so that you can open it. 2. Put 1/2 a cup of cheese in each bread and put it on a very hot grill so that it gets crunchy fast. When you take it out of the grill open it an put the tomato slices inside. Put the top over it and drizzle with the olive oil zhatar and peperoncino. Yummy!!!!! |
