This mini-meal is easy to prepare and very portable. I pack it in my lunch bag when I go to work. Ingredients:
1 whole wheat pita bread |
3 spinach leaves |
4 ounces reduced-fat smoked turkey breast |
1 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing |
3 ounces baby carrots |
Directions:
1. Stuff half of a whole-wheat pita with spinach leaves and smoked turkey breasts. 2. Drizzle with ranch dressing. 3. Serve with baby carrots. |
