Low fat Pita Pizza for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
1/2 whole wheat pita
2 tablespoons refried beans
1/2 cup lettuce
1 tablespoon low fat sour cream
1/8 cup cheese
Directions:
1. Take half whole wheat pita and put 2 tablespoons of refried beans, shredded cheese and bake on 400 for 5 to seven minutes. then add the low fat sour cream and top with the lettuce.
2. You can add Super Salsa to taste (recipe found on this site) but make sure you add the calories from the salsa.
