Pita Pizza with Butternut Squash and Bell Pepper

A nice vegetarian pizza that skips the cheese.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped butternut squash
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1 pita bread
1/2 bell pepper red
Directions:
1. Boil the chopped butternut squash in 1/4 cup of water until its smooth enough to spread. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook the pita bread for two minutes. Remove the pita bread and spread the butternut squash, then marinara sauce on the pita bread. Lastly add the fresh red bell peppers sliced into small slivers. Cook for 5 minutes in the oven and let stand for one minute out of the oven and enjoy.
