One whole pizza serving 4 slices. Use turkey sausage for reduced fat content. Ingredients:
50 g pita bread, multigrain |
2 tbs tomato sauce |
1 tbs salsa |
2 tbs onions, chopped |
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped |
24 g mushrooms, sliced |
4 tbs mozzarella cheese, part skim |
55 g turkey sausage |
1 pinch of salt |
1 pinch of pepper |
Directions:
1. Spread tomato sauce on the pita bread. 2. Load up with ingredients and sprinkle shredded Kraft part skim mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top. 3. Heat in oven/toaster over for 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
