Good. Ingredients:
40 oz warm water |
1 tbsp of vinegar |
1 tsp salt |
12 large potatoes |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1/2 onion |
1 3/10 lbs all purpose flour |
3 tbsp canola oil |
Directions:
1. Mix water, vinegar and salt. Mix it with flour slowly so it does not become hard dough. Divide on three pieces. Knead dough longer so becomes soft and smooth. Spread it thin and let it sit 15 min. Peel potatoes, wash and grate it. Cut onion small, put pepper and salt. Mix it. Spread it over the thin dough and roll it. Put it in round pan and bake it at 375 until brown. |
