Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 whole wheat pitas, each cut into 8 wedges
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients. Coat pita wedges with cooking spray; sprinkle evenly with spice mixture. Bake at 450° for 4 minutes or until crisp.
