Serve homemade pita crisps with hummus or your favorite dip for a wonderful appetizer you can feel good about eating. Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 whole wheat pitas, each cut into 8 wedges |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Combine first 4 ingredients. Coat pita wedges with cooking spray; sprinkle evenly with spice mixture. Bake at 450° for 4 minutes or until crisp. |
