112 g (4 4-inch) whole wheat pita breads |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
2 (large) cloves garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. Cut pita into eighths and separate the wedges. Lay rough side up on a cookie sheet. Gently heat oil, garlic, and spices in a small saucepan. Brush lightly onto each pita wedge and broil 6 away from heat for under 1 minute, or until lightly browned and crisp. |
