I used to make these all the time. Came across the recipe when cleaning out recipe box. These are great. Ingredients:
1/3 cup horseradish mustard |
2 pita breads, cut in half to form pockets |
1/2 lb sliced cooked beef |
1 small tomato, thinly sliced |
4 slices provolone cheese |
Directions:
1. Spread mustard on inside of pita pocket halves. 2. Fill pockets with beef, tomato, cheese and spinach. |
