2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1/4 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 cup shelled pistachios, toasted and chopped |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a bowl; slowly whisk in olive oil. Stir in pistachios and chopped fresh cilantro just before serving. |
