I have not tried this recipe. I'm posting this recipe for safe keeping. I found this recipe in From Babas' Kitchen To Ours. Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package pistachio pudding mix |
1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 (12 ounce) carton cottage cheese |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
Directions:
1. Mix pudding into crushed pineapple. 2. Add cottage cheese and cool whip. 3. Do not substitute other topping for cool whip. 4. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours. |
