I love to make this in the summers. Great for picnics. So quick to put together and so refreshing. My friend gave me this recipe about 20 years ago. This can also be stored in the freezer. Ingredients:
1 (19 ounce) can crushed pineapple |
1 cup miniature marshmallow |
1/2 cup shredded coconut |
1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup cashews |
1 package jello instant pistachio pudding mix |
500 g cool whip |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and chill. |
