This was my Mom's recipe. She served it in the Resturant. Tastes great!

Ingredients:

1 package pistachio instant pudding

1 large can crushed pineapples with juice

1 (4 1/2- ounce) cool whip

1/2 cup small marshmallows, or more

1/2 cup pecans

Directions:

1. Combine dry pudding mix with pineapple.
2. Fold in cool whip, marshmallows and pecans.
3. Refrigerate.
4. Serve on lettuce or as a desert.
