You'd never guess this dessert is lowfat and only 106 calories per 1/2 cup serving. I got this recipe from cooking light several years ago and make it often. Ingredients:
1 package sugar-free instant pistachio pudding |
1 (8 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt |
1 (8 ounce) container low-fat plain yogurt |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, do not drain |
1 cup cool whip lite |
Directions:
1. Combine 1st four ingredients. 2. Fold in cool whip. 3. Cover and chill until serving. |
