This is from my 20 min meals cookbook. Ingredients:
8 tablespoons chocolate syrup |
1 pint pistachio ice cream, slightly softened |
aerosol whipped cream |
chopped pistachios, for sprinkling |
Directions:
1. Spoon 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce into each of 4 parfait glasses. 2. Add 2 half-scoops of ice cream to each and press down gently until the syrup oozes between the chunks of ice cream. 3. Top with rosettes of whipped cream and sprinkle with pistachioes. |
