Pistachio Nut and Orange Cookies |

These are great cookies melt in the mouth, hope you like them. Ingredients:
500 g butter (softened) |
1 egg |
440 g sugar |
1 teaspoon orange oil, otherwise use orange flavoring |
100 g pistachio nuts |
1 orange |
500 g all-purpose flour |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN 160oC.
2. CREAM BUTTER & SUGAR BEAT IN EGG & ORANGE OIL (OR ORANGE FLAVOURING), MIX IN LIGHTLY CHOPPED PISTACHIO NUTS, GRATE THE ZEST OFF THE ORANGE AND ADD TO MIXTURE, ADD FLOUR,MIX UNTIL COMBINED, ROLL INTO 60 G COOKIES BAKE , FOR APPROX 20 MINS, COOL AND STORE IN SEALED CONTAINER,.
3. TO SERVE DUST WITH ICING SUGAR.
4. I sell a lot of these at my Cafe, you can change the flavouring to Lavender and Cashew nut. Happy Baking.
