Pistachio tasty Ingredients:
1 ( 18.25- ounces) box yello cake mix |
1 (3.4- ounce) box of pistacho pudding mix |
1 cup sour cream |
4 eggs |
1/4 cup of veggie oil |
1/4 cup water |
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans |
3 tbs. brown sugar |
21/2 tsp ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake and pudding mixes 2. Add sour cream, eggs, oil and water; beat until blended 3. Pour into five greased 53/4-by 3-by2-inch loaf pans. 4. Combine the peacans, brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle evenly over each loaf 5. Bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or untill toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean, 6. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. |
