a wonderful tasting dish. something different and fun Ingredients:
28 g 1/3 cup pistachio nuts shelled and blended into powder |
70 g 1/4 cup milk |
156 g 1/2 filet of halibut |
30 g 1/3 cup oat flour |
Directions:
1. grind the pistachio's and att flour to the mixture. 2. dip the halibut into the milk 3. dip into the flour mixed bater 4. than put into a lightly spray EVOO pan. fry until cooked. 5. serve over quinoa ;) |
