~ GREEN FUDGE ~ Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups sugar |
1 package (3.4oz) pistachio instant pudding mix |
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1-1/2 cups white chocolate chips |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup chopped pistachios,divided |
Directions:
1. Line a 9 square pan with foil,extending foil over 2 sides,grease foil. 2. In a heavy large saucepan,combine sugar,pudding mix,evaporated milk,butter and salt. 3. Stirring constantly,bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. 4. Boil 5 minutes. 5. Remove from heat. 6. Stir in marshmallows,white chocolate chips,and vanilla until smooth. 7. Reserving 2 tablespoons pistachios,stir in remaining nuts. 8. Spread mixture into prepared pan. 9. Sprinkle reserved nuts on top. 10. Chill 2 hours or until firm. 11. Use ends of foil to lift fuge from pan. 12. Cut into 1 squares. 13. Store in an airtight container. 14. Makes about 5 dozen pieces of fudge |
