My grandma used to make this in the summer for a cool and light dessert.

Ingredients:

1 (25 g) box instant pistachio pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) container cool whip

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple

1 cup pistachios, chopped

1 cup miniature marshmallow

Directions:

1. Mix all ingreidents together and chill before serving.
