Ingredients:
3/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth |
1/3 cup water |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 cup uncooked couscous |
1/4 cup chopped green onions |
1/4 cup dry-roasted pistachios, chopped |
Directions:
1. Bring broth, 1/3 cup water, and oil to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in couscous; cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Stir in onions. Sprinkle with pistachios. |
