Pistachio Coconut Cookies

Soft and chewy-these don't last long but fortunatly this makes a lot. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:

1 white cake mix

1 package instant pistachio pudding mix

1/2 cup oil

3 tablespoons water

2 eggs

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup coconut

Directions:

1. Combine all Ingredients in large bowl.
2. Mix well with fork.
3. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking sheets.
4. Bake at 350F degrees for 10 minutes.
