Here's a simple cake mix kluge that people seem to like.... Ingredients:
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix |
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package white cake mix or 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix |
5 eggs |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 1/2 cups water or 1 1/2 cups milk |
sifted powdered sugar (for topping) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan. 3. In a large bowl; mix together cake mix, pudding, water, eggs, and oil. 4. Pour into prepared Bundt pan. 5. Bake 45 minutes, or until cake tests done. 6. Allow to cool on a wire rack. 7. when cool sift on powdered sugar. |
