This cake is super moist and can be decorated to look like a wreath at Christmas time Ingredients:
1 package yellow cake mix |
1 package pistachio pudding |
3 eggs |
1 cup club soda |
1 cup oil |
frosting |
1 package pistachio pudding |
1 1/2 cups very cold milk |
1 envelope dream whip |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Mix all cake ingredients together, blend at medium speed for 2 mins. 3. Put in greased & floured bundt pan. 4. Bake for 50 minutes. 5. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn onto a plate and cool completely. 6. Blend all frosting ingredients and beat until thickened ~ about 5 minutes (works best if you put the bowl & beaters in the freezer for a while before putting the ingredients in). 7. Cut cake into 2 layers. 8. Put frosting between 2 layers - reassemble and frost entire cake. 9. Keep refridgerated |
