My cousin gave me this recipe after bringing the cake for Christmas, it is from her husbands Italian Aunt. Very moist & extremely delicious! Ingredients:

1 box if white cake mix |
1 box of instant pistachio pudding |
3/4 cup oil |
4 eggs |
3/4 cup plus 1 tbs water |
1 cup chopped walnuts |
** frosting |
2 cups powdered sugar |
2 tbs butter |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
1/4 cup or less water |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. For the cake mix all of the ingredients (minus the walnuts) together & beat for 2 minutes. 3. Pour mixture into a greased & lightly floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with chopped walnuts. 4. Bake for 35-40 minutes. 5. For the icing mix together all ingredients until smooth & pour over warm cake. Return to the oven for 5 minutes. |
