Yummy cake for those who need an new dessert for their next evening meal! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups yellow cake mix |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
6 7/8 ounces instant pistachio pudding mix |
1 cup club soda |
1/2 cup nuts (chopped) |
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
3 -4 teaspoons water |
food coloring, to tint |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at meduim speed. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. When cool, make a glaze, mix until smooth, tint with food color and pour over cake.
