This is a recipe from the South Beach Diet Cookbook. It is delicious. Have been using it for several years. Ingredients:
12 squares semi-sweet chocolate |
1c pistachio nuts,shelled and toasted |
Directions:
1. Microwave chocolate on high 2 mins.,stir after 1 min. Stir till completely melted. Stir nuts into chocolate. 2. Spoon onto wax paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Break into bite size pieces. |
