A party themed liver filled dumpling, served warm Ingredients:
8 ounces frozen puff pastry |
8 ounces liver pate |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Thaw pastry and heat oven to 400*. 2. Roll dough thinly and cut into 3 inch squares, then cut in half to folm triangles. 3. Place 1 tsp of liver pate on one half of the triangles, then cover and press edges to seal. 4. Arrange triangles on a greased baking sheet and brush with beaten egg. 5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until well risen and golden brown. 6. Serve hot! |
