Add a piquant kick to your meals with this speedy version of a classic Portuguese chili sauce. Ingredients:
6 small red chili peppers, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 lemon, juice |
1 pinch salt |
7 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Place the chilies, garlic, lemon juice, salt and olive oil in a food processor. 2. Process until thoroughly blended. Serve as a dipping sauce. |
