From the Lake Charles J.L. cookbook from Britt Armstrong who says A very old New Orleans Recipe Ingredients:
1 -2 cup crushed ice |
1 egg white |
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar |
1 dash vanilla |
3 dashes orange flower water |
2 ounces half-and-half |
1 ounce lemon juice |
2 ounces gin |
Directions:
1. Place ice in shaker. 2. Plaece ingredients in shaker. 3. Shake. 4. Note: use blender if desired. |
