I tasted this piquant salsa in an Argentean restaurant in Mexico City. Tastes great against a nicely grilled steak!
Ingredients:
1 bunch radish
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 limes, juice of
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cut the radishes in quarters length-wise and then chop into rough dice.
2. Toss with the other ingredients and adust seasonings.
3. Let sit refrigerated for an hour to blend flavors.
