I tasted this piquant salsa in an Argentean restaurant in Mexico City. Tastes great against a nicely grilled steak! Ingredients:
1 bunch radish |
1 small onion, diced |
1/4 cup chopped cilantro |
2 limes, juice of |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut the radishes in quarters length-wise and then chop into rough dice. 2. Toss with the other ingredients and adust seasonings. 3. Let sit refrigerated for an hour to blend flavors. |
