Pippi's Louisiana Crab Cake Recipie

Fresh is best but I make it with Costco Canned crab meat to save money & when I can't get fresh. I have also substituted Salmon and gotten rave reviews.
Ingredients:
8 ounces fresh crabs
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 egg
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best)
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for crab meat.
2. Fold in the crab meat.
3. Try not to break up the lumps.
4. Shape into cakes.
5. Pan fry or bake at 375°F degrees for 12-15 minutes or until evenly brown on each side.
